Metro Snapshot

Winter Park sets the first comparison points. Its Redfin median sale price of $660,000 (February 2026) buys a Walk Score of 86 on Park Avenue, an average one-bedroom rent of $1,446 a month, and downtown Orlando about six miles southwest. Around it, the metro brackets the range: Maitland trades the same lakes and rail line a step down in price, Baldwin Park trades newer and planned, and College Park trades closer to downtown.
