Dallas-Fort Worth
Dallas-Fort Worth is a two-city metro, and some of its oldest neighborhoods sit in Oak Cliff, across the Trinity River from Downtown Dallas. The Bishop Arts District is the first report: a 1920s trolley stop that became the city's favorite main street.

Bishop Arts sets the first comparison points. Its Homes.com neighborhood median of $410,000 (October 2026) buys a Walk Score of 91 and a streetcar that reaches Union Station in about 11 minutes, at prices well below the Dallas districts north of downtown. Around it, Oak Cliff brackets the range: Kessler Park and Winnetka Heights trade higher for historic houses, and the Jefferson Boulevard corridor trades lower along the revival's next stretch.
